Definitions
Customers or visitors to this web site are referred to as “you”. Major Brushes is referred to as “us” or “we”.

Your Privacy & Security
We take your privacy very seriously and are committed to providing users with an Internet experience that respects your privacy. When you make a purchase we need to collect certain information to process the transaction and fulfil your order. Your payment details are collected by a secure third party (Sage Pay), which is one of the main secure payment service providers for online payments in the UK. Please note that we have no access to your payment and card details at any point during or after the transaction. Your other personal information (name and address) is encrypted and stored on a secure server, and we do not sell, rent or disseminate this information to any third party for marketing or any other purposes.

Placing an Order
When you place an order to purchase a product we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and details of your order including an order reference number. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we process payment for your order. A further e-mail will inform you when your order has been despatched.

E-mail addresses are case sensitive. Please make sure you enter your e-mail address correctly, otherwise any correspondence and confirmation from us to you will fail. As long as payment has been processed successfully this will not affect your order. Failure by us to send you a receipt confirmation e-mail will not invalidate your order or our acceptance of your order.

Post & Packaging
Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail or another reputable courier company, depending on the volume and value of the order. We will be unable to accept responsibility for safe delivery of your order without a full and valid postcode and postal address. Please note that we are only able to deliver to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

We strive to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt, although this is not always possible. Orders may take up to 5 days to be despatched. Should you not receive your order within 7 days of the order date, please contact us for further information.

Delivery Costs
Orders under £40.00 value are subject to a delivery charge based on volume/weight. Orders with a value of and over £40.00 are delivered free of charge. All figures include VAT.

Right to cancel your order
Please note that once your payment has been accepted, it is not possible to amend or cancel your order.

Returns Policy

Faulty Goods
Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase, with their original packaging. Please state the fault discovered. We will either refund in full, or replace the item free of charge.

Unwanted Goods
Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unworn and unused, in their original packaging, at the purchaser’s expense. Refunds will be made by the original payment method, as soon as the items are received. Postage in either direction will not be refunded. Please quote your original order reference when returning goods. We recommend that you return the items by recorded mail, as we cannot be responsible for goods which fail to reach us.

Damage & Tracing Parcels
In the event that your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If you fail to do this, or if the goods have been signed for as received in good condition, we may not be able to offer a refund.

If orders are considered by us to be lost in transit, we shall either refund or resend the order. If possible, please contact us if you do not receive your order within 7 days of the order date.

Risk and ownership of products shall pass to you on delivery.

All prices quoted are in £ Sterling.
Prices include VAT at the current UK rate.
We endeavour to ensure that the information shown on the web site is as accurate as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those regarding price. We reserve the right to make changes to our web site including prices, products and terms & conditions without any notice being given.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.

All products listed on our website are normally available and ready for despatch. In the unlikely event that we accept your order and discover that a stock item is not available, we will contact you for authorisation to make a partial shipment, or to ship alternative products.

We will never ship an alternative product without obtaining authorisation beforehand.

Title
The title for goods supplied remains with us until full payment has been received.
