Delivery Charges

Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail or by another reputable courier company, depending on the volume and value of the order. Please note that all orders despatched by courier will use a tracked service. Most couriers will only re-attempt a failed delivery once, after which the goods will be returned to us. Therefore to avoid any delivery problems and possible further charges, please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery between 8.30 – 17.30 weekdays.

We will be unable to accept responsibility for safe delivery of your order without a full and valid postcode and postal address.

Please note that we are only able to deliver to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. You should receive your order within 2-3 business days. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days of the order date, please contact us for further information.

Retail orders under £40.00 value are subject to a delivery charge based on volume/weight. Retail orders with a value of and over £40.00 are delivered free of charge. All figures include VAT.
